// DESCRIPTION

Your job is to generate high-quality human demonstration data by playing games and simulations under controlled conditions. You will follow session protocols that specify the game, the scenario, the objectives, and the annotation requirements. After each session, you fill out a structured form documenting your strategies, mistakes, and key turning points. This data is used to train and evaluate game-playing AI agents.

Strong spatial reasoning and the ability to articulate your decision-making process are the core skills here. You will often need to explain why you chose a particular action, which means you need to be reflective about your gameplay rather than purely intuitive. Experience with strategy games, puzzle games, or any genre that requires deliberate thinking is particularly valuable.

Work is project-based with fixed session windows. You sign up for available session slots through our scheduling portal. Payment is per completed session, with bonuses for annotation quality. Typical commitment is 10-20 hours per week.
