Medical Image Segmentation Annotator

You'll draw precise segmentation masks over anatomical structures in CT scans, MRI slices, X-rays, and histopathology slides using DICOM-compatible tools such as OHIF Viewer or ITK-SNAP. Work includes labeling organs, lesions, tumors, and tissue boundaries at the pixel level, following detailed clinical annotation guides provided per project. Throughput expectations vary by modality — a straightforward chest X-ray organ label takes minutes, while a multi-class abdominal CT series can take 30–45 minutes per volume.
