Technical Code Assessor
// DESCRIPTION
Your job is to serve as the human quality bar for AI-generated code. You will review solutions to programming tasks ranging from simple algorithm problems to multi-file application scaffolding. For each solution, you verify correctness (does it actually work?), assess quality (is it well-structured and readable?), and identify issues (bugs, security holes, anti-patterns). Your evaluations train the next generation of coding assistants.
Proficiency in at least two programming languages is required. You should be able to spot off-by-one errors, recognize when an algorithm has worse-than-necessary time complexity, and tell the difference between code that works and code that is actually good. Professional software development experience is strongly preferred. If you regularly do code reviews as part of your day job, this work will feel familiar.
Evaluations are available around the clock and you can work whenever suits you. Most reviewers work 15-25 hours per week. Languages and task difficulty are tagged, so you can filter for tasks that match your strongest skills. Compensation is hourly, scaled by task complexity.
