Video Content Quality Reviewer

You'll review AI-generated or AI-edited video content for quality, accuracy, and adherence to production standards. Tasks include watching short-to-medium video clips and evaluating whether the edit pacing, motion graphics, transitions, and audio sync meet the defined quality bar. You'll flag specific timestamps where issues occur — a jump cut that doesn't land, a lower-third that appears too early, an audio level drop — and rate the output holistically using a structured rubric. This is production-side QA, not creative direction.

The workflow is browser-based: you receive a task queue containing video files (typically 30 seconds to 5 minutes), a reference spec or style guide for that project, and scoring fields. You watch, annotate, and submit. Some tasks will ask you to compare two edits of the same source footage and select the stronger version with written justification. Familiarity with what good editing looks like in Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is important — you don't need to edit yourself, but you need to recognize what was done and whether it was done well.

At minimum, 12 months of hands-on video production or post-production experience is required. Candidates from broadcast, agency, YouTube production, or corporate video backgrounds are all suitable. You should be comfortable watching and evaluating 20–40 clips in a focused session, maintaining consistent standards across a batch without fatigue-driven drift.
